Use of Collected Information

We only retain collected information as long as necessary to provide the requested service and prevent unauthorized use. We protect stored data through commercially acceptable means to prevent unauthorized access, loss, theft, or modification. This includes measures for both data in transit and at rest.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we do not share it publicly. We share data only with the service providers that operate our infrastructure on our behalf — such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, and the security services described below — and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

Security and Abuse Prevention

To keep the service available and protect our free tier from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that requests come from real people. Turnstile runs invisibly and processes limited device and network information as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We also use automated bot-detection on our humanization endpoint, and we record technical signals such as IP address and a device identifier alongside usage to enforce fair-use limits and investigate abuse. These signals are used only for security and abuse prevention, never for advertising.

Account and Subscription

If you only wish to stop billing, you can cancel your subscription without deleting your account from the account menu > Manage subscription, which opens our billing portal. This stops future renewals while keeping your account and data intact.

If you wish to delete your account, contact us through our contact page or at contact@smarthumanizer.ai, and we will permanently remove all your information from our servers. Please note that deleting your account while a subscription is active will immediately terminate that subscription.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies to track individual users. Any cookies we use are strictly necessary for authentication and session management and do not retain personal data. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand overall site usage.

Your Choices

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide certain services if you do not share the necessary data.
